Open Water SwimmingSwimming is an excellent, low-impact, whole-body workout, and swimming “in the wild” is a great way to enjoy nature. However, like many outdoor sports, open water swimming is not without risks. The Glen Lake Swim website offers some simple tips that can save lives.
